General terms and conditions
Preamble
The website www.amikado.com/ie/is an e-commerce platform offering original and personalised gifts for sale.
The website www.amikado.com/ie/ is owned and managed by the company KADOCOM SAS, with a share capital of €248,694, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 488 921 545, with its registered office located at 92 avenue du général Leclerc

France.
1. Purpose and Scope
The general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern and apply without restriction or reservation to all relations between KADOCOM and any person purchasing products offered for sale by KADOCOM on this website.
Any person placing an order for a product offered for sale on the KADOCOM website fully and unreservedly accepts these general terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing the order.
The Buyer, prior to placing an order, declares that they have full legal capacity to enter into an agreement under these general terms and conditions of sale.
KADOCOM reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions of sale at any time; the most recent update was made on 16 April 2025.
2. Availability of Items
KADOCOM undertakes to fulfil orders placed on the website www.amikado.com only while stocks last. In the event that one or more of the ordered item(s) are unavailable, KADOCOM undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and, where applicable, to issue a refund no later than 30 days after payment of the amounts paid. The customer's order will then be automatically cancelled.
3. Prices
The sale prices shown on the site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
They do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the purchased products depending on the total order amount.
Shipping costs for Ireland and abroad are shown on each product page. The serviced delivery areas are also listed on each product page.
The sale prices of products and shipping costs may be modified by KADOCOM at any time, and the price guaranteed to the Buyer is the one displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed (except in the case of an obvious typographical error).
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage costs. They are shown on each product page.
For purchases over 80 euros, the standard delivery to a collection point is offered for deliveries within Ireland.
These discounts do not apply to certain items that are too bulky to be delivered to a collection point.
5. Orders and Contract Conclusion
Your order is placed on the website www.amikado.com/ie/.
The ordering process is as follows:
o Selection of items and addition to basket
o Confirmation of basket contents
o Identification on the website www.amikado.com/ie/ if you are not already logged in
o Optional choice of delivery address and method
o Acceptance of the T&Cs and payment confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email.
At each of these stages, you will be able to view the details of your order and correct any possible errors before confirming it to express your acceptance.
KADOCOM retains ownership of the items until delivery, either by direct handover to the buyer, by notice of availability, or, in the case of professionals, by handover of the goods to a carrier.
KADOCOM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding payment for a previous order or who, in its judgement, presents any form of risk.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale.
The contract will be concluded when you click the “Pay” button, which allows you to confirm your order after having viewed its details and, in particular, its total price and having had the opportunity to correct any possible errors.
The language offered for contract conclusion is English.
Contracts concluded on our website (data relating to your order and the T&Cs in force on the day of your order) are archived for a period of 10 years. You can access archived contracts by requesting them by email at dia@amikado.com or by post at the address Kadocom, 92 avenue du général Leclerc
92100 Boulogne Billancourt
France.
If a due payment is not made within 10 days following the sending of the order confirmation, despite an email reminder, we are entitled to declare the unilateral termination of the contract and thereby cancel the order. In the event of contract termination, we are no longer obliged to deliver the ordered items. This means that the items ordered will be reserved for you for a maximum period of 10 days from the date of the order.
6. Payment Methods
Unless a specific agreement has been made between KADOCOM and the Buyer, the order must be paid in full at the time it is placed, using one of the payment methods listed below. KADOCOM is under no obligation to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer if the price has not been paid in full in advance. Unless otherwise stated, KADOCOM does not offer any discount for early payment.
The Buyer guarantees KADOCOM that they have any necessary authorisations to use the chosen method of payment when submitting the order form.
The Buyer may pay for his/her order by:
1. Bank card on the www.amikado.com/ie/ website. We accept the following cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard. To ensure secure payment by bank card, the customer choosing this payment method will be redirected to the secure servers of Checkout.com and must enter the card’s security code (CVV) found on the back of the card. Your card will be debited at the time of your order. Payment by bank card over the phone is not accepted.
2. Bank transfer following an order placed on the website.
Your order will be processed once our bank has credited the payment to our account. If no transfer is received within 10 days of placing an order, the order will be cancelled.
3. Via Paypal.
Your banking details are neither collected nor stored by Kadocom.
Our payment providers Checkout.com and Paypal are PCI DSS certified.
7. Delivery
Delivery is carried out either by direct handover to the buyer, by notice of availability, or, in the case of professionals, by handing over the goods to a carrier.
Delivery times
Delivery is made to the address provided at the time the order is placed.
Delivery times, starting from the date payment is received by KADOCOM, are shown on each product page. These delivery times are given as an indication, based on typical processing and shipping times.
Delivery delays
In case of a delivery delay, we recommend checking the status of your order directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number before contacting us. We encourage you to inform us of any delay of more than one week beyond the average delivery time so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier (investigation times may vary from one to three weeks). If the product is found during the investigation, it will be immediately redirected to the delivery address. If the product is not found at the end of the investigation, the carrier will consider the parcel lost, and we will send a replacement product at our expense. If the delivery time is exceeded by more than 7 days, except in cases of force majeure, you may request a refund of the delivery charges.
8. Transport
Transport-related risks
KADOCOM assumes responsibility for risks related to transport until delivery, that is, until the physical handover of the goods to the recipient indicated at the time of the order or to their representative who accepts them, provided that you check the goods upon receipt in the presence of the carrier and, if necessary, note any issues in writing on the delivery note, following the procedure described below. By exception, transport risks and hazards (including loss, damage, or theft) are the responsibility of the customer if the customer is a professional.
Receipt of goods
Any anomaly relating to the items (damage, item missing from the delivery note, damaged or opened parcel, broken or faulty item, etc.) must be reported within 3 days of delivery. After this period, the Buyer will not be entitled to request an exchange or refund from KADOCOM in the event of damage or destruction of the product. For any queries, please contact us at dia@amikado.com
9. Exchange, Return and Refund
Personalised items:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Non-personalised items:
As a consumer customer, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your legal right of withdrawal. The period begins from the date of receipt of the products. If the 14-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. You do not have to provide a reason to exercise your right of withdrawal; no penalties will be applied.
However, you are requested to contact customer service before returning your parcel: a withdrawal form will be sent to you and must be included in the return parcel.
If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the goods must be returned to the following address:
KADOCOM CREATION, 1 Impasse de Lisieux 31300 Toulouse France.
Return costs are entirely your responsibility.
Products must be returned in their original box in perfect condition, even if opened.
KADOCOM does not accept parcels sent with postage due; these will be returned to the sender.
Exercising the right of withdrawal entitles you to a full refund of the amounts paid at the time of the order within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. However, KADOCOM is not required to refund any additional charges if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of the order, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method.
Specific case of a non-compliant product: a non-compliant delivered Product will initially only be subject to replacement or repair. However, if the replacement Product does not meet your expectations, you may, if eligible, exercise your right of withdrawal within the remaining period.
10. Data Protection
Kadocom complies with the strictest standards for privacy protection and with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which defines the principles to be followed when collecting, processing, and storing personal data.

13. Clover Loyalty Programme
1 = €0.50 Amikado voucher
How to earn Clovers?
By placing an order on amikado.com
For every €10 spent on your order (excluding shipping fees), you earn 1 Clover, equal to €0.50 in vouchers. If an order is cancelled, the Clovers earned from that order will be deducted from the customer’s account. If those Clovers have already been used on a new purchase, their value must be reimbursed to Amikado.
By completing our satisfaction survey
Complete the satisfaction survey you receive a few days after your order is delivered, and earn 3 Clovers, equal to €1.50 in vouchers.
For example: you buy a personalised pendant for €35, complete the survey and refer a friend — you earn 3 Clovers for your purchase and 3 for the survey, for a total of 6 Clovers: €3 in vouchers for your next purchase on Amikado.
How to use your earned Clovers?
Earned Clovers can be viewed by logging into your account. They can be used at your discretion on your next order on Amikado and are valid for 6 months from the date the last Clover was earned. They do not apply to shipping costs and cannot be combined with a promotional code.
14. Acceptance by the Buyer
These general terms and conditions of sale, along with the applicable prices, are expressly agreed to and accepted by the Buyer, who declares and acknowledges full knowledge thereof, and therefore waives the right to rely on any conflicting document, including their own general terms and conditions of purchase. The act of purchasing implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
